She started her career as a Realtor(R) in 1989 in luxury real estate, transitioned into building a legacy design + build company (18 years) where she created the gold standard for luxury design-build in the Midwest. While she never takes off her builder/developer hat, Wendy continues to serve hundreds of industry employers and candidates across the nation for over thirty years.
